Transportation Documents Technician
Job Description
Located in the Southwest of Montreal, our client is a freight forwarder with over 500 employees. They are looking for a Transport Documents Technician.
Reporting to the head of the terminal, here are the tasks:
Manage the sampling program (CFIA). Actively participate in the sampling process and reduction as well as the documentation surrounding this activity (and these processes).
Manage documentation for short and long term storage.
Prepare and manage customs documentation (A8A).
Participate in regulatory inspections and internal audits.
Review company regulations and requirements to create documentation that meets the needs of the organization.
