Job Overview: The Outbound Transportation Coordinator monitors the outbound activity of shipments from the distribution centers. They will assist in the management of the carriers delivering to the corporate stores and Ace dealers. Responsibilities Transportation and Logistical Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Coordinate all outbound routes to Peavey Mart stores and ACE Dealers along with carriers \xc2\xb7 Main point of contact for outbound loading at all distribution centers and ACE Support \xc2\xb7 Support all emergency transportation requirements \xc2\xb7 Process and audit transportation invoices and month-end reporting for Finance \xc2\xb7 Support and person of contact for all outbound carriers \xc2\xb7 Request from carriers required documents and updates for all departments \xc2\xb7 Ensure all delivery and carrier information available to Peavey Mart stores, ACE Dealers and ACE Support \xc2\xb7 Ensure all load schedules are completed and available to carriers and distribution center outbound \xc2\xb7 Along with Transportation Supervisor monitor service level of outbound carriers Relationship Building / Management \xc2\xb7 Manage outbound carrier relationships and escalate any issues to Transportation Supervisor \xc2\xb7 Work closely with distribution centers, ACE Support, and transportation partners to resolve any issues related to outbound shipments \xc2\xb7 Support Supply Chain with transportation issues, errors, inquiries, and routes \xc2\xb7 Supporting other members of the logistics department and sharing knowledge Performance Management \xc2\xb7 Create and distribute reports as required \xc2\xb7 Analyze the outbound network to identify and propose improvements to eliminate \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate documentation to assist in the monitoring of freight costs Qualifications

• Education in Supply Chain or a related field/equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years\' related work experience
