Your primary role will be to translate and edit the text in our training solutions, whether they are online courses, digital magazines, or training experiences using the latest technologies. As a member of the editing and translation team, you will be called upon to provide your language expertise to ensure the comprehensibility, consistency and quality of the products we offer. You may also be asked to participate in the writing of texts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform linguistic revision and translation from English to French of training storyboards;
• Participate in the quality control of the finished product;
• Develop lexicons, bitexts or other relevant reference tools;
• Work in close collaboration with the pedagogical and production teams;
• Provide language support to various internal departments;
• Participate, as needed, in the coordination and production of certain special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bilingualism (French-English);
• Degree in translation or other related field;
• 3 to 4 years of experience in translation;
• 1 to 2 years experience in linguistic revision;
• Perfect command of French syntax, grammar and spelling;
• Knowledge and mastery of writing and editing tools and resources (linguistic standards, Office suite, proofreading software);
• Knowledge of educational content design (an asset);
• Creativity, versatility and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
