Job Description

Robert Half is looking for a English to French translator with ample experience and a passion for the Healthcare/NHS industry. What you get to do every single day

- Provide final, high-quality translations of urgent, complex, important documents

- Perform terminology research required for translating documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Liaise with communication project team regarding the maintenance of the French version of communication tools including web content and social posts.

- develop and maintain a terminology lexicon

- maintain a 24 hour SLA to complete tasks.

- Audits, investigates and researches facts
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Dynamic grammar and spelling skills
- 7+ years of experience required
- Translation experience
- Experience working with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- We highly prefer candidates with ATIO Certification or an equivilent certification
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
