An individual in this position will be responsible for providing various administrative support functions for our clients in the Bus Charters and Tours Dept. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining a strong customer base including existing accounts and potential sale opportunities
• Overall account management of the Bus and Tours department, including invoicing, billing, and collections
• Develop customer service standards and procedures for the organization
• Prepare driver\xe2\x80\x99s dispatches, maps and signage for all programs running the following day
• Handle necessary changes, special requests and cancellations in an efficient manner
• Provide high level support to the Bus Charters Department
• Prepare contracts and discuss all details with the clients
• Liaise with all other departments on all programs, tours, contracts and up to date information
• Assign, organize and manage Meet and Greet staff and Onsite Coordinators as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate the best rates
