We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks, including flooring, tile laying, and carpentry. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints effectively. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
Install flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, and tile, with precision and care.
Lay tiles according to design specifications and ensure proper alignment and spacing.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements.
Perform carpentry tasks as needed, including framing and trim work.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for installation tasks.
Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps in installations for a finished look.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
Experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials.
Ability to lay tiles accurately with attention to detail.
Strong skills in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Carpentry skills for additional construction tasks as needed.
Familiarity with caulking techniques for finishing touches on installations.
