We are seeking a skilled Floor & Tile installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and work efficiently with hand tools. Having a background as a maintenance person or carpenter is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Perform kitchen tile installations, including various other installations such install bathroom tiles Execute caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability and aesthetics of installations. Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in installation or construction roles is preferred. Strong skills in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to installation tasks. Experience in flooring installation or tile laying is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
