Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Bathroom Renovator / Tile Installer

to oversee and execute our bathroom renovation projects. This role involves leading on-site work, installing custom tile showers, heated flooring systems, and tile finishes. The right candidate will also be responsible for a wide range of renovation tasks including demolition, minor framing, painting, flooring, and carpentry (no plumbing or electrical).

Key Responsibilities

Lead bathroom renovation projects on-site Install custom tile showers, heated flooring systems, and general tile work Perform demolition, site prep, minor framing, flooring, painting, and carpentry Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times Use company software for documentation, scheduling, and reporting Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets Reshape Consulting's standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in bathroom renovations and custom tile installation Strong carpentry and general renovation skills Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship Self-motivated and able to lead projects independently Comfortable using apps/software for documentation and project management Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Assets (Not Required)

Experience with heated flooring systems Knowledge of high-end finishes and luxury bathroom design standards

Compensation

Competitive wages based on experience Full-time position with consistent year-round work
