Installer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and expertise in flooring installation, tile laying, and general maintenance person tasks. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in executing projects efficiently and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform tile flooring, walls and other tile installation projects
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate placement of materials
- Conduct caulking and sealing as needed for a finished look
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Drivers license and vehicle

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- No experience necessary in tile installation we are willing to teach the right applicant
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with building processes and construction techniques

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
