We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including flooring and tile laying. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with hand tools. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Duties
Perform installation of flooring materials, including tile, laminate, and hardwood.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
Execute caulking and sealing as needed to ensure a professional finish.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions.
Skills
Proficiency in maintenance person tasks with experience in flooring installation.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with tile laying techniques and materials.
Knowledge of carpentry practices and principles.
Familiarity with using hand tools safely and effectively.
Ability to perform caulking for sealing joints and gaps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
