We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including flooring and tile laying, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects with precision. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation specifications.
Perform flooring installation, including tile laying and other surface materials.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
Execute caulking and sealing of joints and seams for a finished look.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the installation process.
Experience
Proven experience as an Installer or in a related field such as maintenance person services or carpentry.
Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential for understanding project requirements.
Experience with flooring installation techniques and materials is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and installation tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
