We are looking for a

Tile and flooring installer

that is hard working and passionate about their craftsmanship. An Individual who is dependable and adaptable. This role reports directly to a project coordinator & the General Manager; and works along side a dynamic and professional team.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Read plans and work descriptions accurately Installation of tiles of all sizes. 2x2 to 24 x48 and 48x96 Installation of hardwood, laminate, vynil flooring Installation of some subfloor and some wall prep Must be able to install tiles in niches and openings Must be able to anticipate and problem solve

Requirements:

Great personality, fun to work with, team attitude, able to learn and teach 5 to 8 years' experience must have their own tools Excellent communication Skills Great Customer Service Valid Driver's License and transportation. Truck and Trailer is an asset Own tools In depth knowledge of construction of bathrooms (Building envelope, framing, sub-floor, cabinet installation and modification, patch and sand drywall, tape and mud, intricate cabinetry and lining up tile designs.

Probationary period is 3 months; the right candidate will be paired with a DBK Tile installer or Carpenter to ensure top quality finished product.
