Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including flooring and tile laying. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with hand tools. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Duties

Perform Tile installation. Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing and finish. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. Build and assemble structures as required by project plans. Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks. Lay tiles with precision, ensuring alignment and aesthetic appeal. Provide maintenance person services as needed for repairs or adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

Skills

Proven experience in flooring installation and tile laying. Proficiency in caulking techniques for various applications. Strong carpentry skills with the ability to build structures as needed. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow project specifications. Familiarity with hand tools and their proper use in installation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Must Speak Punjabi or Hindi

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
