We are seeking experienced a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Duties
Perform installations of flooring, tiles, and other materials according to specifications and blueprints.
Utilize hand tools to complete installation tasks.
Apply caulking and sealants as needed to ensure a finished product that meets quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
Skills
Experience with tile laying is highly desirable.
Strong ability in using hand tools safely and effectively.
Knowledge of caulking methods and materials for various applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
