Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks, including flooring, tile laying, and carpentry. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

Duties

Perform flooring installation, including hardwood, laminate, and carpet. Lay tiles with precision and ensure proper alignment and spacing. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Apply caulking as needed to seal gaps and improve aesthetics. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process. Troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role, preferably with carpentry or maintenance person skills. Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
