About the role Reporting to the Head of Process Automation, the Ticketing Agent will oversee the queues to ensure all tickets and invoices are issued in a timely manner with the utmost care for meeting the specifications of our customers and our business. They will work with their teammates and the Travel Consultants to support them in their role in providing the highest level of customer service. Our HQ is in Montreal, QC, but this is a remote work position based in Canada or the US. What will your day look like? Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee queues that are assigned to them, including but not limited to schedule changes, ticket exchanges, general invoicing, refunds and more.
  • Follow quality assurance protocols to ensure the travel policy is followed, best fares are selected, corporate discounts are applied, unused tickets are used, the proper fees and commissions are applied, and the file follows the appropriate workflows throughout the ecosystem
  • Calculate and process ticket exchanges via the GDS, including complex international exchanges
  • Support the accounting team with research surrounding BSP/ARC reconciliation and debit memos
Do you have what it takes? Key Requirements
  • Expertise in GDS system (Apollo is an asset)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Ticketing Agent
  • Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients
  • Expertise in fare calculation, fare rules, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Available Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 8:30pm, with evening and weekend availability as needed
  • Familiarity with passport and visa requirements for international travel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • A team player who is proactive, flexible, reliable, and adaptable

Il travaillera avec ses co\xc3\xa9quipiers et les conseillers en voyages pour les aider \xc3\xa0 fournir un excellent service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le. Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :
  • Superviser les files d\'attente qui te sont assign\xc3\xa9es, y compris, mais sans s\'y limiter, les changements d\'horaire, les \xc3\xa9changes de billets, la facturation g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale, les remboursements, etc.
  • Suivre les protocoles d\'assurance qualit\xc3\xa9 pour s\'assurer que la politique de voyage du client est respect\xc3\xa9e, que les meilleurs tarifs sont s\xc3\xa9lectionn\xc3\xa9s, que les r\xc3\xa9ductions d\'entreprise sont appliqu\xc3\xa9es, que les billets non utilis\xc3\xa9s sont utilis\xc3\xa9s, que les frais et commissions appropri\xc3\xa9s sont appliqu\xc3\xa9s et que le dossier suit les flux de travail appropri\xc3\xa9s dans l\'ensemble de l\'\xc3\xa9cosyst\xc3\xa8me.
  • Calculer et traiter les \xc3\xa9changes de billets via le syst\xc3\xa8me GDS, y compris les \xc3\xa9changes internationaux complexes.
  • Soutenir l\'\xc3\xa9quipe comptable dans ses recherches sur le rapprochement BSP/ARC et les notes de d\xc3\xa9bit.

  • Expertise avec les syst\xc3\xa8mes GDS (Apollo est un atout)
  • 2+ ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant qu\'agent de billetterie
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dand l\'organisation de voyages nationaux et internationaux pour plusieurs entreprises clients
  • Expertise dans le calcul des tarifs, les r\xc3\xa8gles tarifaires, les remboursements et les \xc3\xa9changes.
  • Horaire principalement de semaine entre 8:30 am et 8:30 pm et disponibilit\xc3\xa9 suppl\xc3\xa9mentaire au besoin de soir et fin de semaine
  • Familier avec les exigences en mati\xc3\xa8re de passeport et de visa pour les voyages internationaux.
  • Grand souci du d\xc3\xa9tail
