We started with televisions, and we are now expanding into new product categories. We are currently looking to hire a Testing Team Lead to join our team. The Testing Team Lead is responsible for supervising product testing, leading a team of testers to accomplish testing goals while improving the team\xe2\x80\x99s quality of output, training, and prioritization. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-6 tech testers
• Organize and delegate work to employees, track process, and enforce deadlines
• Set and enforce standards for the performance of team members, provide regular feedback, and train and coach to develop tester\'s careers

• Coordinating training within the team, and conducting it where necessary
• Point of communication to and from the team

• You love doing research and comparing products

• Strong interest and understanding of technology
• You are proactive and detailed-oriented
• You enjoy talking to people and understanding their perspective

Qualification/Experience

• 5+ years of work experience in a technical role, such as technician, manufacturing, or quality assurance
• DEP/DEC or university level education (Bachelors, Masters) in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc) is a bonus
• 2+ years of experience in a lead role (supervising a team of technical employees)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Great organizational skills and an eye for detail
