The role requires someone who has proven strategic experience growing contractor customers.
- Develop channel and builder, contractor/trade network to drive market share
- Implement strategic sales plans; develop territory budget and sales forecasts
- Develop lead pipeline within the Lower Mainland
- Regularly analyze customer portfolio and create plans to grow market share
- Work with key contacts such as contractors, builders, general contractors, architects, and remodelers to effectively provide clear communication on projects, services, and market offerings
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with decision-makers
- Assist in the development of new sales programs and processes
- Represent the business at assigned trade and consumer shows
- Regularly communicate strategic and tactical information to sales leadership regarding competitors in assigned territory and region
- Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory, which will require a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- You\xe2\x80\x99ve obtained a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or have equivalent industry experience.
- You have premium building products experience in a contractor direct territory-based outside sales environment.
- You must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
