Job Description
On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
Our client designs, develops and produces a wide variety of systems for unitizing and palletizing goods for transport - strapping machines and systems and pallet stretch wrapping machines, together with all necessary consumables.
They are growing their team and looking to add a Territory Sales Rep to cover Southwestern Ontario.
About the role:
- Outside sales, hunting role
- Your territory will be all cities West of Toronto & all of Southwestern Ontario, up to Tobermory
- You will be getting 200 accounts to start with
- You will be focusing on equipment sales in 2024 and beyond
- Average deal size for equipment sales is $100K
- Decision makers - Buyers, Production Managers
- Minimum 2-3 years of outside sales experience
- Curious mindset and ability to self manage
- Desire to join a fast-growing company and progress in your career
- Opportunity to mentor new sales hires as they come in
- Experience in the packaging industry is an asset, but not required
- Base salary of $55K to $60K depending on experience
- OTE is around $80,000
- $800 monthly car allowance - total of $9,600 per year
- RRSP matching up to 3%
