We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Aftermarket Sales Team in the role of Territory Sales Representative \xe2\x80\x93 Western Canada. The successful candidate will be an effective representative of the brand, foster productive relationships with customers, seek out new opportunities, and become a product expert in the field.

Position Description:

• Perform field sales calls and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
• Manage individual sales goals and sales activity in the assigned territory.
• Actively pursue key accounts and new prospects for Marmon\xe2\x80\x99s industrial Cooling Towers and Aftermarket products and services.
• Actively market and sell new Cooling Towers and re-construction jobs and repairs, as well as industrial water treatment equipment parts and services.
• Contact and meet with customers to discuss all aspects of proposals and work with sales management to close opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and support our proposal development and estimations process.
• Utilize our CRM database computer software package to track sales and customer activity.
• Position will reside in Western Canada and report to our Burlington Ontario head office. Should home office arrangements not be suitable for candidates we have offices available in multiple Western Canada locations.
• Travel required to customer sites across western Canada provinces. Territory includes British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Successful track record of sales experience.

• Minimum of 3+ years sales experience in HVAC or heavy industrial product and/or services sectors in Western Canada.
• Knowledge of HVAC, field erected cooling towers, or related knowledge of industrial products is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with a technical background.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
