As a B2B & B2C Telemarketer, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone--both residential and commercial--educating them on TELUS products and services, and helping them find the best solutions based on their needs. This is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Conduct phone calls prospecting for residential (B2C) and small business (B2B) clients Promote and sell TELUS services including internet, mobility, and home security Build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly and professionally Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Attend training sessions and sales meetings regularly

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience (door-to-door, retail, or telecom) preferred but not required Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient personality Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Must be comfortable working outdoors and in a field-sales environment
