Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our promotional products sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build rapport with clients. This position is essential in driving our business development efforts and enhancing customer relationships.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track interactions effectively. Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up with previous inquiries or leads. Develop persuasive pitches that highlight the benefits of our offerings. Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer service. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for B2B sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress using Salesforce or similar platforms. Provide feedback on customer responses to improve marketing strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in technology or B2B sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes. Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability in customer service and business development practices. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and marketing strategies. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
