Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketer/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, assisting with various projects, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Support the sales team with telemarketing efforts and customer outreach. Maintain and update customer databases using Salesforce. Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for marketing materials. Participate in business development activities to enhance company visibility and reach. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows as needed. Calling clients to obtain email addresses to add to the CRM Writing letters to clients Cold calling new potential customers

Skills

Minimum 1 year past experience in sales, customer service or related field Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales is preferred. Proficiency in marketing principles and strategies. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and technology sales is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of business development practices and strategies.
