Le technicien TI niveau I contribue a la perennite du parc informatique en fournissant un support technique general aux utilisateurs incluant la configuration d'ordinateurs et telephones mobiles, maintient le parc d'imprimantes et les consommables, et supporte les techniciens plus experimentes avec leurs taches et leurs differents projets. Le technicien TI niveau I devra aussi repondre aux appels de depannage et contribuer a la documentation de reference, conformement aux procedures et politiques etablies, le tout dans un objectif de maintien de la disponibilite des systemes et actifs informatiques. Responsable de servir de proprietaire du support de technologie numerique sur site.
The IT Technician Level I contributes to the sustainability of the IT system by providing general technical support to users, including the configuration of computers and mobile phones, maintaining the printer fleet and consumables, and supporting more experienced technicians with their tasks and various projects. The IT Technician Level I will also be required to respond to troubleshooting calls and contribute to reference documentation, in accordance with established procedures and policies, all with the aim of maintaining the availability of IT systems and assets. Responsible for serving as Digital Technology support owner on site.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEP Informatique
Minimum 6 mois d'experience pertinente
Vu les interactions courantes avec l'equipe globale situee a l'exterieur du Canada, la connaissance avancee de l'anglais - oral et ecrit - est requise.
Experience dans le support et depannage de Windows 10 et 11, et de la suite Microsoft M365
Experience de travail dans un environnement Microsoft Server 2022 en repertoire actif

Required Qualifications:
DEP in IT
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Bilingual: French and English. Given the regular interactions with the global team located outside of Canada, advanced knowledge of English - both spoken and written - is required.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11, and the Microsoft M365 suite
Experience working in a Microsoft Server 2022 environment with active directory
