Responsabilitxc3xa9s :

• Offrir un soutien technique de haute qualitxc3xa9 en anglais et en franxc3xa7ais aux clients xc3xa0 travers le Canada et les xc3x89tats-Unis, soit par courriel et par txc3xa9lxc3xa9phone sur les pixc3xa8ces et diffxc3xa9rentes machines (lave-vaiselle, four, rxc3xa9frigxc3xa9rateur, etc.)
• Diagnostiquer les problxc3xa8mes mxc3xa9caniques et xc3xa9lectriques
• Saisir au systxc3xa8me informatique les commandes de pixc3xa8ces
• Rassembler des informations essentielles pour faciliter la production de bons de travail pour les partenaires de service
• Assurer l'expxc3xa9dition rapide de pixc3xa8ces nxc3xa9cessaires et fournir de la documentation au besoin
• Trouver des solutions afin de rxc3xa9soudre les situations problxc3xa9matiques

Compxc3xa9tences requises :

• Dxc3xa9tenir un diplxc3xb4me en xc3xa9lectromxc3xa9canique (DEP, DEC)
• Avoir 2 annxc3xa9es d'expxc3xa9rience en soutien technique de pixc3xa8ces techniques
• Avoir 2 annxc3xa9es d'expxc3xa9rience au service xc3xa0 la clientxc3xa8le
• Maxc3xaetriser le franxc3xa7ais et l'anglais (oral et xc3xa9crit) afin de rxc3xa9pondre aux clients provenant du Canada et des xc3x89tats-Unis
• Avoir une attitude dynamique
• Faire preuve d'autonomie, de fiabilitxc3xa9 et d'entregent avec les clients
• Habiletxc3xa9 en rxc3xa9solution de problxc3xa8mes, polyvalence
• Maitriser la suite office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et connaissance SAP (un atout)
• Possxc3xa9der un sens de l'organisation

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical support in English and French to customers across Canada and the United States, either by email and by phone on parts and various machines (dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
• Enter parts orders into the computer system
• Gather essential information to facilitate the production of work orders for service partners
• Ensure the rapid shipment of necessary parts and provide documentation as needed
• Find solutions to resolve problematic situations

Required skills

• Hold a diploma in electromechanics (DEP, DEC)
• Have 2 years of experience in technical support for technical parts
• Have 2 years of experience in customer service
• French and English (oral and written) in order to respond to customers from Canada and the United States
• Have a dynamic attitude
• Demonstrate autonomy, reliability and interpersonal skills with customers
• Problem-solving skills, versatility
• Master the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP (an asset)
• Have a sense of organization
• Love to learn
