Lightspeed\'s Customer Content team is looking for a Technical Writer in Montreal or Toronto to create cross-product content for our Help Centers and other customer-facing communication as we continue to grow into new markets and improve the self-serve experience for our customers. As part of the team, you\'ll be reporting to our Customer Content Senior Manager and working alongside Associate and Senior Technical Writers, Content Operations Specialist, Help Center Administrator, and Localization Project Coordinators to research, write, edit, upload, publish, and maintain self-serve content to help customers get the most out of their Lightspeed products and services.
