Position: Technical Support
Location: Montreal - on site

We are looking for a Technical Support who will be responsible for assisting the desktop support team in providing first and second level IT support in a timely and professional manner. The Technical Support has a very thorough understanding knowledge of providing excellent and consistent customer service.
What we are looking for:

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the technical support field Level 2
- Mastery of Windows 7,10
- Basic knowledge of networking and wireless networks
- Bilingualism to provide technical support to users outside of Quebec

Responsibilities:

- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support services
- Support level 1 colleagues
- Report anomalies or failures in the operation of the equipment, and provide the necessary solutions for optimal use
- Document newly diagnosed problems
- Take inventory of computer equipment
- Prepare computers
- Manage printers
- Support wireless devices in the stores
- Prepare equipment return
- Assist the network administrator with application deployments
- Participate in new release testing and deployments
- Be able to perform emergency technical assistance (on call) in rotation with other team members
