Position: Technical Support
Location: Montreal - Hybrid

We are looking for a Technical Support who will be responsible for assisting the desktop support team in providing first and second level IT support in a timely and professional manner. The Technical Support has a very thorough understanding knowledge of providing excellent and consistent customer service.
What we are looking for:

- 3 to 5 years working in a technical support role
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Windows Server (2019 and lower)
- SQL Server (2019 and lower)
- Windows IIS web server
- Batch scripting (Windows batch files, PowerShell)
- Linux (Ubuntu or other), Apache
- PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Fluently bilingual to communicate with clients all over the world, Spanish is an asset
What you will do:
- Provide remote technical support for customers running proprietary applications, both server-side and client-side
- Visit customers in the Greater Montreal area for troubleshooting technical issues, deployment-related activities or meetings
- Deploy applications on customer equipment (mostly Windows Server and client operating systems)
- Provide Level 2 on call technical support after hours for select customers
- Work with developers and QA to investigate customer-reported issues
- Perform remote demos of products to potential customers
- Provide technical training to customers on troubleshooting and deployment of applications
- Assist with writing technical documentation for customers
- Work with customer project managers during implementations
