The Technical Project Manager is responsible for actively working with our global delivery teams in Canada, and India. We are looking to hire someone who has experience leading cutting-edge digital (web, mobile, IoT). Based in Toronto with offices in the U.S., and India we work with clients around the planet. Do you have a passion for innovation and looking for the opportunity to work on leading-edge projects?What you will be doing:Own the process, adhere to our PMO methodologies, and be knowledgeable on the effective process steps needed to execute a project successfully and deliver business value early.Manage website, web applications and mobile application projects.Handle teams in multiple geographies and offshore to ensure timely delivery and quality management of projects.Actively direct and manage the project life cycle from project kickoff through development, testing, and launch.Implement Agile (Scrum, Kanban) processes in projects.Comfortable writing user stories or assisting BAs as neededComfortable with conducting client requirements gathering sessions, and working with BA and UX teams to documentUnderstand key business requirements and work with the technical team to deliver those requirements.Manage, report on, and forecast project budgets and managed services engagement budgets, advising internal and external leadership on cost/benefit analyses.Make resource allocation decisions to meet our clientsxe2x80x99 needs, our teamsxe2x80x99 billable utilization targets, and department managersxe2x80x99 resource allocation goals.What you must have:Project management experience of 6+ years minimumHave grown into a technical project manager role with a strong background in web and mobile application development as BA and/or BSA.Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP or PMP-ACP) and/or Agile Scrum certification.At least 3+ years of project management experience is required where you have actively worked on digital product roadmaps with product managers.Well-versed and experienced in Agile project management methodologies. SCRUM is required.
