:We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a growing, dynamic team in the banking industry. The Project Manager will oversee multiple initiatives related to the vendor technology stack and the vendor onboarding process. The ideal candidate is someone who can juggle numerous tasks across various disciplines. This position offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days based in Downtown Toronto. • Challenge the status quo and proactively engage with various stakeholders: business and IT.
• Identify the necessary resources (technical, human, and financial) to achieve the objectives set.
• Plan and coordinate project activities.
• Ensure compliance with commitments regarding quality, time, and cost.
• Manage the project team.
• Conduct preparatory activities for project deployment and lead its implementation.
• Compile a project report at the conclusion, highlighting significant aspects (strengths and weaknesses) of project progress.
• Organize project monitoring activities, review user requests, and conduct verification/testing and validation.
• Coordinate the identification and implementation of necessary technical changes.
• Monitor activity progress and lead problem resolution.
• Ensure effective communication throughout project phases.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations projects.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• Extensive IT project management experience from project preparation phase to post go-live support.
• Experience in infrastructure resilience and capacity, such as developing VDI for Mac OS and managing VDI capacity.
• Proficiency in several project management methodologies including waterfall and agile.
• Experience with enhancing Onboarding Processes through technology.
• Familiarity with current technology trends and software packages available on the market.
• Experience handling significant change management challenges within projects.
