Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will make an impact by managing regulatory programs that ensure compliance with FCC mandates. You will provide technical delivery oversight, facilitate cross-functional team coordination, while driving efficiency and excellence in project execution. You will be a valued member of our Internet of Things (IoT) practice and work collaboratively with our Program Manager of IoT within the communications industry.

role, you

will




Manage the end-to-end delivery (E2E) of regulatory programs, ensuring FCC mandates compliance and other relevant regulations. Lead all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support. Coordinate with diverse functional teams, including engineering, legal, compliance, and business partners, to ensure flawless execution. Provide technical oversight, ensuring that all project results align with business goals and compliance requirements. Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively. Drive continuous process improvements and standard methodologies within the regulatory program management framework. Share project updates, status reports, and key achievements with leadership and collaborators.

A proven track record of 10 or more years in technical project management, specifically within regulatory programs and FCC compliance. Top-tier background in E2E project delivery and SDLC activities. Proficient in managing multiple regulatory initiatives while ensuring compliance and timely execution. Expert in coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams in a multifaceted environment. Outstanding collaborator management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Flawless ability to navigate regulatory landscapes and translate sophisticated compliance requirements into actionable project plans.

PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. Experience working in telecommunications, broadcasting, or a highly regulated industry. Detailed understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
