TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Technical Operations Manager
Markham, ON

$60,000-65,000 salary

This role is responsible for supporting all parts and service-related tasks and initiatives. The position will support all brands within the company.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and end consumers
Review monthly warranty, repair, parts sales, and profit performance
Deal with dissatisfied customers and manage complaints
Order parts inventory
Ensure the technical operations department achieves targets
Interact with vendors, customers and consumers in person
Create and maintain departmental revenue and expense budgets

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable role
Excellent language and communication skills, both oral and written are vital
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate spreadsheets
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to create process and guidelines to make the department more efficient
