The Role
We are looking to augment our digital development team with a technical business analyst to help form the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. This role combines expertise in digital technologies, agile methodologies, and project management to drive successful outcomes in complex technical environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and integration requirements.
  • Analyze and design solutions in a dynamic cross functional team of expertise.
  • Document comprehensive business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes to existing solutions.
  • Manage project knowledge and perform integrated change control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a technical business analyst, ideally with 5 years of experience or more.
  • Experience in eCommerce.
  • Significant understanding of technologies such as API's, cloud solutions, and common CRUD based integrations.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
  • Extensive experience with agile methodologies and tools (SCRUM, JIRA, etc)
  • Knowledge of process modeling techniques.
  • Experience with prototyping or wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq
  • Strong project management skills like planning, organization, and critical thinking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-Starter with excellent communications skills
  • Excellent ability to build relationships with technology and business stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Certification in business analysis, e.g. CBAP
  • Experience with eCommerce environments
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems like SAP, VTEX, Oracle, or Salesforce
  • Experience with Native Mobile Applications
  • Knowledge of data analysis and tools for informed decision making
  • Knowlege of Microservice architecture
  • Knowledge of Retail operations

  • Domain based architecture or other forms of API integrations
  • Experience with Postman or similar tools
