Title: IT Technical Business Analyst - Intermediate
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, T6B 2X3 (Remote with occasional travel)
Duration: 4+ Months Contract with 24 Months possible extension.:
Education:

• The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following:
• University degree in computer science or a related discipline and 4 years technical analyst experience.

• 2-yr diploma in computer technology or a related discipline and 6 years related technical analyst experience.

• 1-yr certificate in a related discipline and 7 years related technical analyst experience.

• 3 years of experience in broad understanding of the technical environment and linkages between systems.
• 3 years of Experience in developing service maps for organizations with complex IT environments and infrastructure.
• 3 years of Experience supporting application infrastructure and/or software development.
• 3 years of Experience using the ServiceNow application to create and maintain service maps, reports, dashboards, and visual task boards.
• 3 years of Experience working with application stakeholders to gather information about their systems and underlying technology infrastructure.
• 3 years of Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
• 2 years of Experience within a Public Sector organization.
• 3 years of Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or other diagramming software.
• 3 years of Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM.
• 3 years of Familiarity with TOGAF framework.
• 3 years of Project management and related technical abilities to implement application services on an enterprise scale, with both software and hardware components.

• ITIL Foundations certification.
