Teaching Assistants, Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public PolicyThe Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy is recruiting two Teaching Assistants for the Spring/Summer 2025 session to assist with JSGS 882 Strategic Management in the Public Sector.The general duties and responsibilities of the Teaching Assistants will be as follows:

  • Helping set up materials for classes;
  • Assisting with grading;
  • Monitoring assignments/discussions/chat rooms;
  • Monitoring online activity;
  • Assisting with maintaining class records;
  • Providing feedback and tracking performance; and
  • Conferring with the course instructor.
This position will provide support to Dr. Michelle Bussixc3xa8re-Prytula, course instructor, and report formally to the JSGS Executive Officer.The general location of work will be in the Diefenbaker Building on campus where JSGS is located.Required Number of Hours: 12 hours per week

A minimum of a Master's degree in political science, public policy, or other social sciences discipline is required.Strong English language communication skills are required. Teaching experience and experience working in the public sector would be considered assets.The successful candidate must be registered in a graduate program at the University of Saskatchewan in the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy and be in good standing.To Apply:
