Qualifications: Must have at least a Master\'s degree but preferably a PhD in public administration, public policy, political science, or a related field. Experience teaching or serving as a teaching assistant in a post-secondary setting, ideally at the graduate level. Deep knowledge of northern policy and/or governance issues required.The appointment period includes additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required.
