Indigo Park Canada currently seeks a part time Taxi Dispatcher to join our team. As Taxi Dispatcher your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to patrons of the Calgary International Airport. Why Join Indigo?

What Would You Be Doing?
  • Process access transactions for Taxi drivers
  • Complete daily reports - end of day reports, closing out debit and credit card transactions, short trip tracking, no trip tracking, taxi tracking
  • Dispatch taxis to curbside, maintaining proper availability in relation to expected guests
  • Ensures equitable distribution of trips between the cab companies
  • Handle disputes amongst taxi drivers or complaints from drivers or the cab companies
  • Other duties as assigned

What Are We Looking For?
  • Previous dispatch and customer service experience
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and Email
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong conflict management skills with ability to respond quickly and problem solve
  • Takes pride in maintaining a high standard of quality service
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Conducts themselves in a respectful, professional way with a high level of integrity
  • Strong command of the English language, both orally and written
  • Willing to submit to a background check
  • Must be able to work three 9 hour shifts per week Friday - Sunday and holidays when needed
  • Must be available to work evenings Fri/Sat/Sun & stat holidays

  • Experience in the hospitality / service industry
  • Bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 knowledge of a second language
