Tax Adviser responsibilities include:
- Carrying out tax compliance work for clients
- Advising clients on how to minimize their tax liability
- Identifying and exploiting tax planning opportunities
- Monitoring changes in tax legislation
- Representing clients before the tax authorities
- Providing tax consulting services to clients
- Assisting clients in preparing their tax returns
- Researching and keeping up to date on changes in tax legislation

Tax Adviser skills:
- Proven work experience as a Tax Adviser or Tax Consultant
- In-depth understanding of taxation systems
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- CPA certification is a plus but not required
