Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and presentation standards Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold the integrity of food handling processes Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Requirements

Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments, with knowledge of food handling and safety procedures Skills in serving, meal preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation protocols Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required Prior experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
