Candidate must have experience with the following :
Naan Dough preparation knowledge
Ability to operate Tandoor oven
Fine dining restaurant experience or comparable
Indian cuisine familiarity
naan / roti + dough preparation
previous experience on a Tandoor station preferred but not required
cooking meats / vegetables correctly and in a matter that is hygienic
monitoring stock of required ingredients
the ability to lift 50 pounds and be in a fast paced kitchen environment
the ability to cook using the Tandoor
