We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Publicis Media team in Toronto.

Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator makes a huge difference in what we do. We want to ensure candidates have an amazing experience during the interview process beginning with coordinating the interview. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support and project assistance to the Talent Acquisition team. This position will help coordinate a smooth and efficient interview and on-boarding process for all new hires. The position requires superior communication skills and excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Full Cycle Recruitment
  • Work with the TA Specialists and Managers to maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for various roles
  • Understand and conduct the full recruitment cycle such as:
  • Approval process, requisition intake, job postings, review resumes and applications to determine candidates\' suitability for the roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, interests, and alignment with the company\'s values and culture.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, including providing candidates with necessary information and ensuring a smooth interview experience.
  • Research and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, partnerships and industry-specific websites.
  • Be an advocate for PGD (Publicis Global Delivery).
  • Ensure a good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing
  • updates on their application status and answering their questions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for successful candidates from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Process & Market Research
  • Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) up to date by entering candidate information,
  • updating statuses, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and market dynamics to
  • provide insights and recommendations for improving the company\'s recruitment
  • strategies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative approaches to enhance
  • the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand the talent pool
  • and establish connections with potential candidates.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR/administrative related work experience or internships
  • Prefer experience in a high volume recruitment process
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexible and organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive self-starter with proven ability to handle multiple projects with various deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills, solid strategic thinking, top-notch organizational skills and team work
