Reporting to the Talent Team Lead, the Talent Coordinator will assist in maintaining relations with key talent and coordinate opportunities for talent related to Paysites brands, including but not limited to release plans, promotions, conventions and events. The Talent Coordinator will focus on our top adult brands, leveraging talent toward the best opportunities we have to offer.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Work directly with the Talent Team Lead to help leverage talent promotional opportunities for Paysites
• Support Paysites by compiling and sending asset packages for promotion (may also include Pornhub or other content partners)
• Able to source quotes, draft, and issue press releases to media outlets
• Provide support for conventions and other talent-facing events as needed
• Update internal team databases
• Assist with special projects upon request

What you\'ll need to be successful:

Must haves:

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar, client-facing coordination environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and the ability to be a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and basic administrative software

Nice to haves:

• Knowledge of the adult industry strongly preferred
• Experience with entertainment, marketing, social media, PR, or visual merchandising a strong asset
• Knowledge of event planning and event planning software (RSVPify etc)
