As ATB's next ATB 101 Talent Attraction Student, you will have the opportunity to work alongside ATB's Talent Attraction team supporting our efforts to identify, attract, and hire the best talent! In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the hiring processes for our frequently hired positions across ATB.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for the Talent Attraction space, is self directed, and is motivated and eager to build great relationships! You should have a strong sense of personal accountability and take pride in your work, ensuring that your deliverables are of strong quality. You should approach this role with a curious and analytical mind, and be confident to take initiative, ask questions, seek information, dissect problems, and suggest innovative experience based solutions.
Accountabilities
• Collaborate with our Talent Partners to deliver on pipeline strategies
• Support the recruitment cycle from beginning to end
• Collaborate with the Talent Coordinator to review processes and content, and identifying opportunities in improving current processes to support our hiring leaders.
• You will also be working closely with our Early Talent Specialist to coordinate talent events and engagement for our ATB 101 program.
Skills, experience & requirements
• Passionate and interested in pursuing a career in Talent Attraction or Human Resources.
• Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate from, a degree or diploma program with a specialization in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing would be an asset.
• Proactive with the ability to prioritize projects and manage your time effectively, and shift gears at a moment's notice.
• Strong communication skills that enable you to work effectively with different stakeholders to facilitate internal and/or external events.
• Ability to navigate new systems, processes, and technology.
• Curious, confident and humble, you ask for help when needed, and execute on responsibilities consistently.
