As ATB's next Payroll Analyst you are the first point of contact for all team member and internal partner inquiries for ATB. You are accountable for understanding the outputs from the P&C system (myPath - SuccessFactors), the administration and outputs of the Time and Attendance system (WorkForce Software), understanding how the Payroll system (ECP) is configured for calculations, and the overall impact and team member experience that results. This role has a solid understanding of pension plan rules and regulations, as well as a thorough understanding of payroll processes relating to pension.


Accountabilities
• Ensure overall payroll accuracy and completion of processing, ensuring all team members have been paid accurately, all payments have occurred as required, and all deductions and reporting are remitted to the vendors accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve internal bank and GL account variances.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all payroll inquiries, while learning all payroll operations duties and documenting all related processes and procedures.
• Provide education and training to colleagues, partner teams, and team members via inquiries on general payroll knowledge, processes, and procedures.

Skills, experience & requirements
• Excellent working knowledge of G-Suite programs, SAP, Workforce Software (WFS), MS Office Excel
• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) Certification
