Role Overview
Navsocial is seeking a Talent agent to expand our talent roster while driving growth strategies for our creators. This role will oversee aspects of talent acquisition, management, and brand collaborations, ensuring that our influencers thrive in the ever-evolving digital space. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to negotiate high-value brand deals while consistently driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate
with the Founder and fellow agent(s) to shape the overall strategy and expand the talent roster.
Identify
and
recruit
high-potential digital creators to expand Navsocial's talent roster.
Develop
and
execute
personalized career growth strategies for talent, optimizing brand partnerships, content monetization, and long-term opportunities.
Negotiate
brand deals, licensing agreements, and sponsorships, ensuring the best possible terms for our talent.
Cultivate
and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and platform representatives to secure high-value partnerships.
Monitor
industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic guidance to talent.
Oversee
contract negotiations, compliance, and talent brand alignment to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Represent
Navsocial at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to elevate the company's presence and talent roster.
Qualifications & Experience
2-5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, digital media, or related fields.
Proven track record of signing and managing top-tier creators and securing high-value brand deals.
Strong network within the influencer, entertainment, and brand partnership space.
Exceptional negotiation skills and contract management experience.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and monetization strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
