About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to support our talent team in managing influencer brand partnerships. You'll work closely with a Talent Agent to coordinate campaign logistics, maintain client relationships, and ensure that deliverables are executed smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

Support the Talent Agent in managing day-to-day client and influencer communications Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals between brands and creators Track campaign performance and compile reports for brand partners and internal use Maintain organized records of partnerships, correspondence, and invoices Research market trends and identify new brand collaboration opportunities Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and other administrative support tasks

Qualifications

1 year of experience in account coordination, influencer marketing, social media, or related field (internships welcome) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Grin, Aspire, or similar) is an asset Passion for digital media, influencer culture, and brand storytelling
