TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT
**
GENERAL JOB OVERVIEW:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for the complete staffing process
within our various departments. Under the supervision of the HR Director, the Talent
Acquisition Consultant will be a resource available to managers to assist them in
their recruitment needs. RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Conduct staffing processes including needs analysis, job posting, resume
screening, interviewing and testing, onboarding and pre-probation follow-up ;
  • Proactively search for candidates, identify potential candidates on social
media including LinkedIn, employee references and develop a pipeline of
potential candidates
  • Organize and participate in recruitment activities (career days, job fairs, etc.)
to maintain Kolostat visibility;
  • Recommend, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in
collaboration with the team to attract the best talent (employees and
interns)
  • Develop internship partnerships with educational institutions ;
  • Participate in the creation of various tools related to our programs such as :
PowerPoint presentations, surveys, documentation, forms, welcome material,
etc;
  • Participate in the preparation and distribution of social media
communication ;
  • Performing the welcome of new employees;
  • Perform other related tasks.
DESIRED PROFILE:
  • DEC/BAC undergraduate degree in a human resources related field or a
combination of education and experience will be considered ;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition in a corporate or
recruitment agency setting ;
  • Experience in proactive recruiting via various social media ;
  • Bilingualism, oral and written;
  • Mastery of the Office suite ;
  • Rigor and adaptability in a constantly changing environment;
  • Demonstrate professionalism and have a good ability to respect the
