Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient To-go Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service by accurately and promptly fulfilling takeout orders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food service or restaurant environments. As a To-go Specialist, you will be the friendly face that ensures our guests have a positive experience from order to pickup, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with their takeout orders Accurately process orders using hand written methods Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and clear communication Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and packaged securely for delivery or pickup Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station and work area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest questions or concerns promptly and courteously Uphold hospitality standards and promote a positive dining experience for all guests

Experience

Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is preferred Food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices is beneficial Must be bilingual (FRENCH AND ENGLISH) to serve our customers base
