The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing food orders accurately, and ensuring a smooth take-out experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble to-go orders promptly and accurately according to customer specifications Greet guests courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors Handle phone orders with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food preparation area in compliance with food safety standards Manage delivery driver coordination if applicable, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of orders Provide guest services by addressing questions or concerns related to menu items or order status Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation roles is preferred Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with serving processes, guest relations, and phone etiquette will support success in this role
