We are seeking a friendly and efficient associate to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests ordering food to-go, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have strong guest service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in food service or restaurant environments. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with their to-go orders in person.
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Ensure timely preparation and packaging of food orders to meet quality standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, including counters and packaging stations.
Handle customer concerns or questions promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and guests.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
